Bad vibration after rotate and balance

Well today I got my tires rotated and balanced for the 2nd time in a year by the same shop. The 1st time the ride was much smoother, but when I picked the truck up today and drove home I have a very bad vibration between 35-45 mph. This vibration was not there before. I checked all the lugs and they are tight, so what do you think it could be? Lost a weight? I am going to take it back up there 2morrow hopefully.

Probably lost a weight or they didn't weight one right.

Well I took it back to the shop and they said all the weights were still on, so I dont know if they just suck at balancing or if I have other problems.

Did they rebalance the tires? If not, take it somewhere else. Have them check the balance only and give you a written report. If they’re out, have them rebalance the tires. Send the other shop a copy of the report and bill along with a letter requesting a refund of what you paid them. If you put it on a CC, dispute the bill. Send your CC co a copy of the report and bill from the other shop.

What I am now thinking is just screwing messing with shops anymore and trying some of that equal powder. I heard that it worked real good on bills truck.

did the shop use 'roadforce' tire balancing? it's for larger tires and people with heavy, steel wheels like me. i had my tires re-balanced a lot until i heard about roadforce. last time they were balanced was about a year and a half ago. smooth ride .
