Lug nut holes look tight on AR Chamber Wheels
Well the boxes arrived today with new Teflon chamber wheels (15x8). They look great, but I can't help wondering about those lug holes. Damn they look small. Am I going to need a thin walled socket along with new lugs?
I got home late today and I won't start the project (body lift and tire/wheel swap) until Sunday. But I need to make a run to the store tomorrow for torch fuel, so if needed I can get the socket and nuts as well.
Anyone who has chamber wheels remember if they had to buy a thin walled socket and new lugs? If so any suggestion on the lugs?
Maybe save me from having to test mount a wheel?
Thanks in advance,
Pete

Sweet, the bag of lug nuts was in the last of the 5 boxes I opened. I was mumbling some choice word after the 4th box though. My regular socket fits in the wheel with no problem. So a little tape on that puppy and good to go. Well this day is starting out good.
They are just your standard lug nuts, not the spline side or locking. Works for me.
