I am thinking about getting black rims.

What are your suggestions on black rims that are at a affordable price. Nothing over over $440 on the set.

theres really only three types of black STEEL (i assume steel cause you arent going to find aluminum black rims for less than 400...) rims.

you have the D-window rims, the 8 hole rims and the street locks which are usually d-window rims with a ghey simulated bead lock.

they are all made by the same maker and then repackaged and sold. carlisle is the company that makes em and the the respective company that buys em packages em and puts em out. you can find em by brand of American racing, Pro-comp, unique, cragar etc. some come with colored pin stripes around the lip and that is based on which brand you get usually. pro comp and AR are probably going to be a little more expensive.

if you really want to save money(let me know ill help you find some), colorado is great for finding them used, but probably with some rock rash...

i just got a set of five for 75 bucks with minor lip rock rash...
