Cheapest MT's

Just like the title says, whats the cheapest MT's. I'm not really worried about road noise or anything like that...they would get limited use....

I would go with the Dunlops or look into Cooper Sts... I have the STs, the price was good and I am really happy with them

tommy has some pretty inexpensive mud tires.

i think he paid $109/each... for 35x12.50x15's

of course, there is probably cheaper.

sometimes 4 wheel parts has the "buy 3 get one free" deal, on pro/comps...

that might be a good deal.

whatever brian restaino sells/coordinates the sales, whatever... they are cheap.

go to www.froogle.com and type in the size you want (ie. 33x12.50 15) and see what you get... I found some 32x11.5 for like 107ea I think.

A lot of places will price match the best price you can find online (which is usually pretty cheap!). When I bought my tires, I picked the ones I really wanted and then called all the local tire shops to see who wanted my business the most. Some guys in my offroad group all went in on tires at the same time and got a package deal, so there's a thought too..

and know, every tire shop will bargain with you.

and look for the little things they charge you for.

ask them to remove those charges.

ie:

tire disposal, tell them you will dispose them yourself

valve stems, ask them to use your old ones

mounting and balancing, ask them for a discount

and of course, on the tires... try and pay about 90% of what they initially quote you...

they could go lower, and still make money, but prolly won't...

so, just do the math of what you want to pay. tell them to work their magic on the computer until that number is possible.

if they can't do it, go somewhere that can.

Another vote for Dunlop Radial Mud Rovers

And another for Maxxis Buckshot Mudders. Get ahold of Blktremor02 if you want a great deal on the buckshots.

The hook-up. Look at Roach2004's post about his 35s he got, and what great deal brian can get.
