cragars or rock crawlers
I've got your generic Rock Crusher black steel rims, and I've noticed a huge difference in the weight against my old aluminum Alcoa's. I also went from a 32" tire to a 33" tire, so the weight is also found there too
well i have a 3.0 with 3.73 gears
so do you suggest i get some alloy wheels or will these be ok...also i am going up to 33' tires and will regear as soon as i get the money so ill only drive around like that for a little

Personally, I'd still probably have my Alcoa's on, if I didn't get the deal I did on the tires and rims... the steelies are just plain heavy.
yeah i know its just id rather get the tires and stuff and then regear...and i decided im goin with the 4.56..will this be all i need to take to a shop to regear???http://broncograveyard.com/bronco/i-82040E_froogle.htm

I believe so... You aren't replacing a carrier so I you won't need the carrier bearings. You may wanna pick up an install kit just in case... they typically run about $100, but better safe than sorry.
I'll also recommend Yukon Gears. I put those in in January after my Torsen L/S grenaded on me and took out my R&P, the difference is phenominal.
