crushers

Hi everyone

Everyday i check the site but never have the time to post.

i was wondering if some of you guys will help me with some info/experience with 1 tire I saw in summitracing.com
I have 32s right now with no rubbing problems and just T-bar crank and I was thinking of getting some 35s (cant help the itchy feeling to go big) . I know I must have at least a 3in BL to clear the 35s, since I can’t afford anything else right now, and I pretty sure I will go with the BFG MT KM2…. But…. I saw these dick cepek crusher ones. Can’t help to like them. I’m the typical 32 y/o head banger guy hiding behind a desk who’s used to listen to poison, warrant, white lion, metallica, ac/dc, scorpions, etc since high school, soooo got to like a tire with skulls and bones don’t I? just think they’re waaay to cool …. But it’s a good tire or is just for looks?
Anyone have some info on this tire?

Thanks

Those would be great... for a pirate ship.

They may or may not be great tires, I don't know, but I just can't take the whole skull and crossbones thing seriously. I'm sure there are better tires out there for the money. If that's your thing though, Dick Cepek makes a good product. I'm sure they'd suit you well.

X2, I agree, the skull and crossbones are kinda gay. If the tire didnt have them I would buy.

Got to say that comment slap me back to reality, I mean I really like´em but do I really want that look on my truck? Don’t think so.

I'm not feeling the crushers, but the Dune Grapplers looks amazing. If only they were practical for mall crawlers....

Not even close. From what I have read, they are amazing in the desert environment. Like almost as good as the BFG all terrains.

A guy that used to work here got them for his chevy, in 33's. They looked really really good. And he was happy with them in the snow, ice, etc.

I may be mistaken, but research has told me they rock on dry pavement and sand, but don't get alot of traction on wet pavement, mud, or ice(but what tire does?). My next set of tires will most likely be Terra Grapplers, they suit me better.

no siping on the tread would be the root cause of that problem...
