FWD vs RWD rims
FWD vs RWD rims
I am trying to find some rims. I went to Sears was looking at their rims and they said I need a set of rims labeled RWD. I have been looking on the net and found a set of rims labeled FWD and thes site it will fit the Ranger. Will the FWD rims actually fit. Here is the website for the rims.

Bolt pattern is only one of the many factors for rims.
What about backspacing?
What about width?
What about the opening for the hub?
To the OP. I am pretty sure FWD means Front wheel drive. If that is the case then no they will not fit. They are a totally different offset than your rim.
My advice is to stop going to Sears and actually go to a reputable tire shop.
I have gone to sears for a few things here and I was suprised at how good of service I got. They actually have some good prices on tires sometimes and they had the best price and waranty on their batterys when I when to replace mine so Id recomend our local one but I dont think they would be my first choice the rims.
