I've been eyeing those tires myself.

And as far as the 305/70R16 for the MTZ's I got 32.81x12 for the measurements.

I agree with FMD about the Grabbers. I've had them for about 10k miles and they hardly show any signs of wear. I had the BFG's before these and the Grabbers blow the BFGs out of the water. By far the best AT tire I've ever had. They come in the same size as the Nitto's too. $141 for 295/75R16 or $147 for 315/75R16.

305/70/16 are 33 12.5 and 285/75/16 are 33 11.5 Sat them next to each other and they are the same height. So it is just how fat you want the tire.

MT\R, cooper stt or MTZ

Those are my three choices

or IROK's, F@$k it and just get em, then you can get new tires again next year haha

Get some boggers all the way!

Edit: But seriously though I think it would be cool to run some boggers out back and something less aggressive up front like a tsl. Badass and it will be different, for a ranger anyway.

I just picked up some Cooper Discoverer STT's...cheap, for 285/75-16's they were 170 mounted and balanced, they look like an MTR and work well too!

they are a mimic of the goodyear mtrs. as most m/ts are a mimic of bfgs.

I would check out those Maxxis Bighorns and also Kuhmo Road Venture MT KL71. I think that the desert is going to eat up whatever we feed it so feed it cheap tires that perform. I'm not sure if either tire has a 3 ply sidewall though but I would highly recommend a 3 ply sidewall.
