help me pick out rims
so heres the deal im looking for a 16" wheel. i like black, especially flat black, steelies are okay but for the price of a 16x8" steelie i might as well toss in a few bucks and get a nice pro comp or so. let me know what you guys come up with. i want like a 3.33 bs or so, i like the amount of bs that L2EN has on his level 2. thanks - Jay

yellow rhino posted the pro comp version...
I have the Eagle Alloy version, series 185 and/or series 187B for the Eagle Alloys. I paid $110/wheel for my 185s in a 15x8 with 3.25 BS and a -19mm offset. I forget that the specs were on the 16s, mainly because 15s are cheaper, both rim and tire wise and plus I already had 15inch BFG MTs.

Backspacing on l2en's 15x8 MT ClassicIIs are 3 5/16".
American Racing Chambers(kinda expensive..bout $200 ea)
My new personal favorite....Pro Comp Xtreme Alloys 8069. The 16x8 size rim has a backspace of 4". So compaired to Travis' truck, these rims will be sucked in about 3/4" compaired to l2en's:
Or you could just get some regular old alloys that everybody and their brother has and get 'em powdered for around 150-200 for the set

yeah those pro comps are nice i just dont like the polished lip. i really like the chambers but they are alot of $ bc they are teflon coated. i really like the procomp 7089s but they dont come in the right lug pattern. is there a way to get these to fit?
