uneven tire wear on inside

i just put my new rims and tires on today and the mt's i took off were worn funny on the inside. i got three of them from a buddy with half tread and one was new. the tread was like a stair step one high, one low all over the inside but the new one was fine. i wanted to see what could have caused this to make sure my new ones dont do it. thanks

First step.. is to check the alignment.. and the next thing, is to make sure you rotate yoru tires from time to time.. it helps balance out the wear if th wheels arent balanced correctly.

You need a camber adjusting kit maybe.

If its wearing the inside then try and crank your torsion bars some then maybe get an alignment. Cranking the t-bars with change your camber bring the bottom of the tire in and the top out...therefore I would think I would take away some of that extreme inside wear off of your tires

theres nothing wrong with m/t's.

i bet you still have your stock shocks..

bad shocks will cause cupping/chopping.

time to upgrade your shocks if they are stock.

Mine were doing that, I changed shocks, and have not had any problems since.
