Tire Width/Rim Width Question

Will 12.5" tires work on a 8" wide rim without any wear issues?

used to run that same setup when i was on 33's and had no problems as well. only wear problems on the tires i had were from a previous owners stupidity.

It'll do fine. People run 12.50's on 7" wide wheels also and they don't have much of a wear problem. They just have to stay aired down some.

Just don't run a bunch of pressure in the tires and it will be fine. Low 30's will work well.
