Need Tire Opinions...
ok guys, here's what she looks like now...

I'm running the stock tires size on 16x8 M/T Classic II's. The stock tires leave alot to be desired. Its not currently the everyday driver so I'd like to put a decent looking tire on it. Maybe something with some decent looking lugs. I was pretty much set on the BF Goodrick A/T's but does anyone else have any other suggestions?

still waiting to see a tire perform as well overall as the BFG A/T (on and off-road traction, wear, protection, sidewall look, etc, etc)
I LOVE the look of my Buckshots, and can testify as to how good they perform offroad in the mud, which is GREAT! I've only evet used the Buckshots and BFG A/Ts, and only the Buckshots offroad. I can testify as to how long the BFG's last, which is LONG. It a tough decision to make, I know, I had to do it too.
Like stated above, the Mickey Thompsons look great too, but I've read they dont last as long as others, but that was only my mild research. Procomp makes a tire that looks similar, and I've seen them around, the Xterrain or something the like.
Good Luck!

ehhh forget gas prices. I filled up for $2.57 this morning. better get while the gettin's good lol. well....sorta good.
I'll check out the baja claw's. I was looking at the Coopers too. The MT/R's are sweet looking but too damn expensive. do they make a baja claw that'll fit my truck? ill have to check. also, I personally think my torsion bars need cranked. Do most of you guys have them cranked?

$3.56!?!?!?! wow thats insane. im not sure why it dropped to $2.57 in my area.....but i dont really care either lol. i think i filled up everything that has a gas engine in it.
not to sound stupid, but I have no clue how to crank my torsion bars. Anyone have a link I could check out for a quick run through of whats involved/ do's and don't's? I'm a little confused on what exactly I'm "cranking"
Thanks guys.

My vote would be the BFG A/T. If you are planning on using you truck in the winter or on rainy days I would stay away from the Mickey Thompson Baja Claws they have no siping and are like driving with slicks in wet road conditions.

BFG AT's are a great tire... the only drawback is that theyre pretty expensive. next time i get tires im going to get Kuhmo Venture MT's. theyre a pretty cheap met at about $85 to $100 a tire, they have a really aggressive tread and from what ive heard... they last a long time for a mud terrain tire. you can look at them on tirerack.com
