Icon5 need tire suggestions for my 2wd ranger

Hey everyone, I'm in need of some new tires on my truck. I slide all over in the rain with the current set (they have a bit more than 1 summer left on them) and while powersliding on the highway onramp is fun, living in the pacific northwest they won't cut it for the forecasted wet and "cold" winter ahead.

What do you guys use that you like, what should I avoid? I don't expect to drive in much snow (truck will not be going over the pass in the winter) and since I'm 2wd I don't need mud tires. What I need is a solid road tire that is good in the wet and can get me home if It snows while I'm at work. I have stock rims (15 inch I think).

Thanks in advance,
Marchy

The Bridgestone Revo 2s have excellent reviews for your purposes

Thanks for the suggestion, sadly those tires aren't in stock in my area. But searching for the Revo's also brought the Yokohama Geolander A/TS to my attention. They're not quite as highway thread as i'd want for summer, but offer superior snow and wet traction to comparably prices highway thread tires. And living where I do, good wet traction is a must.
