Get the 31"s. We have the exact same truck, except obviously mine is a Mazda and a year younger, but we got the 4.0 OHV w/ 3.73's, and I really didn't notice a big drop in power. Slight drop in MPG, but, its worth it. So worth it. And I did all city driving. The one highway trip I did go on, i only get 10miles less or so on the tank then I ddi the previos year on the same trip to the Jersey shore. Get the 31"s, you'll be really happy.

32's cost me nothing out of a junk pile, lol without the t-bars cranked the only time they rubbed was in reverse coming off a bump or when i had the truck completely flexed out (thats with a rear tire in the air) and they only rubbed on my fender flares (on the back), can't flex the inferior front suspension. so be a man and get the 31's i'm about to move up to some other free junk 33's

Dude, you have a 4x4 Ranger- not a Ferrari- you're not gonna win any amatuer nights at the local drag-strip even if you were rockin 13" tires on 12" rims. Go with the bigger tire. Those gears will be fine....

It does only take like 3 minutes tops! Just crawl under, spray some PB blaster on the bolts, (which I'll get pictures of for you if you'd like), then crank the bolts. Its easier if you slide a floor jack under and lift the front up an inch or 2 off the ground.
Seriously.. Just do it lol. Makes it look 8 times better, and its seriously SO DAMN EASY
