BFG A/T's or M/T's, Goodyear Wrangler MTRs, Cooper Discoverer ST or STT...

there's tons of choices for 31s.

yeah for good road manners and all around off road performance i would suggest an all terrain. the BFG AT's are great, my buddy has the firestone destination AT's that he loves. ive heard some like the general AT's but i have no personal experience with them.

well online is much easier but let me tell you something, i want cooper st and i priced them out online for around 400 bucks and when i went to see how much they would be in the tire shop they were 735 bucks, so also check with shops to keep your prices in reality

online is usually cheaper, but a couple things to consider before ordering online is shipping, mounting and balancing once they arrive. the shops around here charge more to mount and balance a set of tires that werent purchased from them. also returning one or more if they send a bad tire, which happens from time to time.

Im gonna suggest the Michelin LTX M/S. Its going to give you awesome on road characteristic and good off-road traction. You will probably be much happier with then as opposed to a A/T tire.

Actually think about what kindof performance you want out of your tires instead of just going with what everyone else does. I work in a tire shop and part of the biggest this is buying the tires that are right for you. Hit me up on AIM (ducttape90210) and I can help you find what you want.
