thank you, so i am in this category,
with a 2inch block and a 2inch keyway, how big can i go? i'm thinking about 35's, but i'm not sure if that would work so well...
15x7 stock suspension - 30x9.5x15, 31x10.5x15, 32x11.5x15, 33x10.5x15(T-bar crank recommended), 33x12.5x15(will need trimming and T-Bar crank)

will a body or suspension make a difference for wheel fitting? i am lookng at 2 inches front and back suspension, and spacers aren't a big deal for me... my biggest thing is not rubbing when flexing, i don't want to do 33's only to have to burn those off before i go to 35's because i got more lift, but still have lots of tire left

Despite what you may read on forums, swapping torsion keys or cranking torsion bars does not change whether a tire can rub or not. The wheel/tire still goes through exactly the same travel regardless of where the static height is set within that travel.
A body lift or a real suspension lift might allow you to fit larger tires. If you stick with stock offset wheels like your Alcoas, you will probably still have rubbing on the insides with 12.50 or wider.

33x10.50 should fit OK, 33x12.50 will rub, 35's are not going to work at all without a body lift and will probably still rub on the inside with stock offset wheels, even with a BL. You'll find that most if not all 12.50's are too wide to be manufacturer recommended on 7" rims.

yeah, those are one of the tires i was looking at, the 33x10.50/15 bfg mud terrain, look nice, i was kinda thinking i wanted something with big knobbies on the sidewall just off the tread though, i can't remember what tire i saw like that though... looks like it would be helpful if you were in a mud rut and turned the wheels, to try to get out o the rut...
