Correction for tire diameter and axle ratio is done in the PCM so requires a dealer calibration tool to reset. There are built in limits as to how far a dealer can change it though. Assuming that they are willing/able to do so, expect to pay roughly $100 or so.
You can also get a recalibration box to wire into the VSS yourself. These generally cost $200 or less.

means that if the dealer goes into the computer to pull a code or does an emissons monitor rediness test they will see that something was changed...i know yours isnt under warrenty but if you have a new truck that is and something goes wrong with it...the second they see the footprints the warrenty is voided
