picked up some 33's and rims today.

Last night I was browsing through ebay and came across some 33x12.5 future dakota tires on 15x10 ranger wheels. There was 20 min left and only 1 bid at $152.00. They were about 1 hour away so I bid $250.00 for my top bid. I won them for $202.00 I went down and got them today. They have at least 80% tread left. The wheels are steel, which Im not a fan but for $200 bucks you cant go wrong. I will run them until I can afford new wheels. I just installed my lift and was going to have to run my 31's until I could afford 33's. I will mount them tomorrow and take some pics. I also installed my upside down hitch. This thing is starting to look a little better.

You can see the scrape in this pic. It was covered up with paint. It doesnt leak or appear to effect the ride. You guys think its safe enough? Still, $202.00 for all four tires and wheels and they bolted right on.

looks good, i'd be a little worried about that side gash. I'd personaly get another one and use that for a spare. Futura's are alot cheaper then normal 33's new

Looks good, chrome wheels are better than aluminum polished IMO. Easy to clean, all you need is steel wool...And they dont corrode as easy as aluminum polished.

Im gonna look up the cost of a new tire tomorrow. I may as well get a new one while all the other tires still have new tread too. It would suck if it blew while they were at like half tread and the new one would be full tread. I use stuff called "never dull" for the crome. Doesnt scratch and takes rust off easy. Im gonna try and find stock 98+ wheel caps and use those instead of these center caps. Its a pain to clean around all the lug nuts and the ranger caps will cover all that crap. Anyone got any?

Yea I would definitely replace that tire, any gashes in the sidewall are not safe. On a side note you got a pretty good deal on that stuff.
