I greatly disagree with you on this one. I work in a tire shop and Deal with ths stuff every day. I really think that itll look way too pinched on a 8 inch rim. 13.5 IS a wide tire but a 10 inch rim is not going to make it looks too wide. I dont know hw yu come up with that. I think it will look proprtional on a 10 inch rim.
oh and BTW, 12.50s arent hard to get onto an 8 inch wheel. not by a long shot...

Thats what i was referring to when i said no they are not.
And i was saying a 33x13.50 is going to look fawking goofy as ****. I wouldn't go above a 12.50 in width until i hit 35+.

On the other hand, if what you want is a trendy brand name, how necessary is that? In most cases, particularly with regard to tires, there really isn't any superiority in the imported product.
I've seen many people buy a popular brand and it's pretty obvious they want the name. A less "fashionable" name could serve them as well, but wouldn't feed their egos, lol. I'm not saying the poster here is guilty of that, but you know what I'm talking about -- Ricer's are FAMOUS for it.

GOODYEAR MT/R. I run this tire and so do about 10 out of the 20 people I work with. Three ply sidewalls, sidewall lug PROVEN tread design, THE BEST combination of streetability and nearly UNMATCH offroad ability. This tire is badass. This is the only offroad tire I would buy and run on my truck around town and then up to the trails. there are two other tirews that I would probably put on my trailered rig but they run about 400 a peice and last 6-10k.
Goodyear MT/R will make the buckshot look silly in serious offroad applications and last until the end. If you are willing to pony up the dough, this IS the tire to get...

Cooper STT's are a real good mudder, so take a look at those. Some guys really like the Dunlop Mud Rovers. Both of those are available in 33x12.5x15.
Goodyears and BFG's are nice also, though maybe more pricey.
There are some off-brands made by major tire makers which are good. Starfire and Mastercraft are Cooper-made tires. One of those two or both have a 33" mudder that is basically the STT with a cheaper price and a different name on it.
I like Coopers, in case you hadn't guessed, lol!
