Personally I don't like that "busy" look to a wheel.
There are two styling "looks" that will never fail you. Simple shape with round holes (like mine) and 5 spokes with a smooth rim.
As a designer I've spent *some* time working with the industrial designers at work. (These are the styling weenies who are responsible for how our cars/truck look )
One of them worked for a aftermarket wheel company and he taught me quite a bit about porportition and "themes" when it comes to wheels and tire size.
The type of wheel you suggest will "work" with a squared body. Like a hummer. But a ranger is very rounded looking. So.. if you want a wheel that will look good.. gotta create a "theme" of that rounded and smooth look.
