So I would like to get a lift eventually. and wanted to get some prices put together since my friend that runs a shop can get me deals on some tires. What size should I tell him if I want to put these wheels on?

also if there are any without the chrome in the middle let me know I can't find them. Those are also cheap. Anyways, they say 15x8 what tire size would I need if I want 33's on them?

 

I would get 15's cause tire prices jump with 16's and keep rising after that. The chrome in the middle is just the center cap they do not come with the wheels and cost extra. Should not be hard to find a nice set of black centercaps.
