Special Lug Nuts

I recently acquired a set of American Racing Outlaw II wheels. The stock lugs will work for the wheel but the lug area is inset into the wheel unlike the factory wheel that is flush.

I want longer lug nuts that have the "lip" on them so I can use the factory center cap. The lip goes into the lug area too far on the Outlaw II wheels so it cannot mount.

Does anyone have a link to the correct lug I'm talking about or isn't it out there?

I will. I'm hoping they're out there because I really like the way the stock snap cap looks with the Outlaw IIs. I'll post a picture for giggles.

are you talking about lugnuts like so?

if so there only specific to Ford and there is no LONGER version i know what you mean...

pretty much your only option is run lug nut washers but i wouldnt imo... same reason why i dont have stock center caps on my wheels right now...

That really sucks. I'm going to try and find a set somewhere but I'll probably end up failing.

Haha. Machining my own would be soooo expensive. I guess I need to find another center cap. The guy I bought the wheels from only had three.

I'll just measure the center caps I already have. They're pretty big but oh well. I'm disappointed that there are lug nuts that'll work with the factory center cap.

I just remembered, I went to school with a girl that I was pretty good friends with who's father runs a machine shop. I'm trying to get in contact with her to see if he can make me a set of special lug nuts.

The push through style? Sweet. I'll probably just go with them because getting a new set of lugs won't be worth it.

See about a side of biscuits and mustard too. Haha I hope you get it.

Off brand it is! They look rather similar besides the AR logo right? Oh and did you see about getting the wheel fixed? I'm thinking next week some time.
