speedo change?

hey, I know I saw a topic over on GE at one point of time, and when I went back to look for it, I can't find it.. so I thought I would just ask on here anyways..
right now, I got 245/75/R16 (goodyear) tires. tommorrow im getting 265/75/R16 (cooper) tires. what does that change, in terms of the speedo? or is there a cacluation/equation to know how truely fast your going? I also have the 4.10 gear setup.
