SVT Lightning wheels

So i was wondering pawnshops bored when i tripped over a set of Lightning rims. they are a little on the vide side but i loved the look on the lightning bolt. my question is has anyone put these on? bolt pattern is correct isnt it? i think with the 03 front end and the 347 these would be the icing on the cake. and i was a dumy and didnt measure how wide the rims actually were. anybody know the width of the rim and the usual tire size for these rims? he didnt have a price but they were covered in dust and obviously sitting for a while. they dont hae a single ding on them. any ideas on what i should offer if i do?

they look great on a ranger but you will need wheel adapters, because the bolt pattern is off.

anyone remember this truck?
