sweet! possibly trading for some BFG a/t's

posted on craigslist and ive got a few replies

found someone who has a ranger with some bfg a/t's with about 80% tread on american racing wheels willing to trade for my MTR's
so i think im gonna do it. i want a quieter tire. these mtr's are rattling everything loose. im hearing noises ive never heard before

plus, the a/t's are better for the desert down here. we dont have any mud or anything

what a wimp!!
you cant be into the offroad scene and complain about tire noise!!

you should go buy an accord

you dont need mud for a mud terrain, MTs work a **** ton better on EVERYTHING, you don't see guys running desert races on BFT no-terrains.

another vote for keeping the mt'rs ... thought your goal was to run the rubicon one day

im sure its doable ive seen people go on worse tires than that but i thought the goal was to tear it up as little as possible, something spinning a/ts wont do

I got all terrains and hate them! They're alright for the time being but I'm working on getting me a new set of BFG mud terrains. You get used to the tire noise after awhile.

dude keep the MTRs, 90% of the trucks I see with non-stock tires run BFG ATs, SO many people have them.

Did you ever wonder why he offered to trade away his tires with 80% tread?

They are a good A/T, but I'd still stick with the MTRs if I were you and wheeling all the time.

road noise would cause more noise from the passenger side with my girlfriend, lol. She already complains every time she has to climb in the truck, and all I did was crank the torsion bars and aal's. I will have some BFG's soon enough though either way.
