I think you need to either take off the front foglight housing, or put some foglights in them 
lol
Not sure on the wheels.. maybe its just because your truck needs a good wash + wax to make them pop though, 17x9 is actually a good looking fit on the ranger, makes buying tires f'ing expensive though.. which is why most people dont run that size
