Tires

I have a 1997 Ford Ranger with 4wd and a 4.0L v6. I am wanting to go a little bigger with my tires. Currently, the truck has 31/10.50R15. It's totally stock except for 2" front coil spacers. I would like to put 33/10.50's on it if i could. Would that work or too big? Thanks for the help.

i would think with out some other type of lift 33's are too big......they would stuff the fenders too much and not leave you any room for flex.....i would say get yourself a 32x10.5 and go with that unless you are planning on lifting it some more...

i had 33's on my truck with a 6" lift......i like having some room to flex out the tire without tearing into fenders.....when you start getting into fenders, then you also start cutting tires....

Yea i dont want that to happen. I was just wondering what the biggest tire was that i could put on there without rubbing. And i dont really want to put the money into a lift right now. 32/10.50's sound about right though, i'll proly do that once these wear out.
