stupid question....

I've got Mickey Thompson Classic 2's on the Ranger and the center caps are giving in to the salt and snow and starting to rust. I was thinking of putting the stock ford center caps back on....the ones that just pop onto the lug nuts. Question is, I need to have those specific stock lug nuts to hold the cap on correct? Right now I just have pretty chrome ones and I know those won't work.
I'm guessing AutoZone or somewhere similar would have the OEM style lugs I'm looking for?

I did the same thing you are planning way back when. None of the parts stores had the right lug nuts. I ended up getting them on eBay for pretty cheap. You only need 12.

You can also get them on rockauto for.... oh.... 43 cents a piece; at least in the case of my 99. Although I think all stock rangers use the same lug nut. I think.
