im goin in soon to get an alignment done on my truck and i was thinkin last night, wut is an alignment? it sounds like a stupid question but wut exactly do they do to make everything line up? do they adjust the steering components, the suspension, somethin with the wheels? im really a newb wen it comes to this kinda stuff so i figured some of u guys could help me out.

i'd boil it down to the squareness wheels are to the ground, and the squareness the tires are in relationship to eachother.
