Will they stick out ?
I have a bl on my xlt 04 and i have 285 75 16's when i get my super lift what size will i be able to have ? or should i just get 15 inch rims with 25 12 50's ? if so would they stick out pass my fenders and i have no flares ?

35x12.50R15 or 315/75R16 will fit.
Sticking out: depends on wheel backspace and wheel width.
I'm running 15x10's w/ 4" backspace. They do stick out a good deal outside the fender. On backspace: the smaller the backspace, the "more sticking out" they will be. The bigger the backspace, the "more sucked in" they will be.
