Would they fit?

I want to get a 1998 or 1999 ford ranger 4x4 supercab with a regular bed. I just wanted to know if 33x12.5's would fit with a t bar crank. I dont want to have to buy suspension or body lift right off and I wouldn't mind paying for new rims. I am a noob to all of this stuff so please help
