Yeah, it is a plastic lip that fits over the edge of the rim. Protects it from ding/dents if the drop the box.

Our ATV rims come like that.

LOL nuh uh one had a little ding on the edge luckily not where the bead seats. But whatever they were 39.95 a peice LOL.

i got bfg 33x12.50r15 km2s i think there sick. and my body lift should be here next week. i wanted to keep the foose wheels and put some 33 on them but the wife says no go right now. so i am going to get some new 20s next year somthing abit wider 20x9.5 or 10. the foose wheels are only 8.5 no really wide enough. oh cant wait. and i got the wheels and tires cheap was very happy with the price i got.
