so im doin a motor swap right now nd im pulling the motor off the bell housing, how in the world do i get my flex plate off?

 

Its bolted to the torque converter. The TC should come off with it, separate from the tranny. IIRC, there's 3 or 4 bolts on the front side of the flywheel and the TC will separate, then the 6 usual bolts on the crank to pull the flywheel off. LR
