With a light foot, stock tires, 50/50 city/hwy, and the AC always on you should get 16mpg. The 5 speed and regular cab will help with that extra mpg or two

edit: mmm after reading the link Jeff posted it seems you may even get better

'03 3.0 RWD. 4.10. Auto. Supercab. 31x10.50x15 on rock krawlers. Skid plate. Rock sliders. Bunch of dead weight in the cab and bed. Almost 84k. And not much of a light foot... Getting 19-20mpg. (Mostly highway).

I have a 99 3.0 with a five speed. I average 24 miles per gallon. I'd say about 75% highway driving. I've also got a light foot and shift around 2000-2500 rpm.

Well....I just got back from my cabin and put 392.2 miles on one tank.....actually 18.022gals, for a spiffy number of 21.75 mpg.....it was about 75% hwy and I towed a 14' aluminum v-hull loaded with wood and in my truck box i had a honda selfpropelled lawnmower, a stihl chain saw, a 15hp johnson, 3(21 sq.ft per bundle) bundles of hickory woodflooring, two brad nail nailguns, and a 10gal compressor.....the mighty 3. uh oh pulled through....but i think my trannys feeling it and definatly hates me....ps...Im rollin 33's, 4" SL, 6" SJ leafs, k&n, royal purple throughout, 5w20, flow 40, Auto, 4.10's, locked, 8mm plug wires, runnin 87octane with up to 10% ethynol(its the state of MN for ya).I also was NOT running A/C or my heater....the blower motor is shot so its windows down for me...until winter PPS: According to my GPS my average speed was 68.7mph, greatest elevation change from begin trip to end trip was +974' over all.
