need a new fuel pump, questions.

my check valve is bad, rockauto sells an electric fuel pump, just the unit itself for 80 bucks.. or full assemblies for around 250.

can i just get the electric fuel pump by itself? or do i need the whole set up?

thanks!

Its always easier to get the whole assembly that way you just drop the tank take out the old and put in the new.

yeah probably but you might have to take the whole assembly apart to put in a new pump. I'd just get a whole new assembly. that way you won't have to worry about the sending unit going back and you have a nice new sock filter on it too.
