What should i do?
well.....i have a few hundred bucks and i want to enhance my truck in some way, i care more for the show than go. right now i'm debating on getting some dual exhaust with flowmasters, or making this little 2WD a little more offroad capable. does anyone have any suggestions? should i get bigger wheels, a lift, keep it the same and just go with the exhaust, i dunno?

your first step in the improvement of that truck, to be completely honest, would be to get rid of the training wheels that it has now, and get a new set of wheels + tires. if "a few hundred" is what you've got to spend, then that might be stretching it & a lift might be in a couple months' worth of saving. if you want a lift, consider the tire size ahead of time. Also, if you're more about show than go, take a peak at some front end & rear modifications (light + billet). oh, and tint? exhaust is a nice change as well. my gibson swept side aluminized only cost me ~250. +personal labor =)
good luck.
EDIT:
FYI: make a sig with the bare bones of your truck's info so we can answer questions easier.

+1 on the tires
The thing about the gen 3 rangers (like yours) is a dramatic increase in wheel well space over the gen1/gen2 rangers. You can fit bigger tires, without much (if any at all) height adjustment. Have you seen redneckstone's truck? Take a peek and see what you think...
So I agree w' drayke...go w' wheels and tires.
I mean look at the diff. it made on my truck:

You can go to a dual straight thru exhaust. I had a flowmaster 40 series dual setup on mine with dual tips coming out the back for about 2 years then I got tired of it and hacked it off. The sound is amazing. Loud but not to loud. Only when you get on it. Just hack it off behind the cat and out a 90 elbow on it and take it out the side. Until later when you can go dual back. Then you have more money for other stuff. Thats what i did and I do not regret it. After the first of the year i am going to take it to get 2.5 in pipe put on dual exhaust turned out the side behind the tires. Great sound.

the rims are 15's, the thing about tires is that i will have to lift it too, and so far the cheapest lifts i can find are $130 for a 3" body lift. but im gonna go to the local tire place today and see what they say.
and with the exhaust, i tried my truck without a muffler, but didnt like the loud pop's i would get when i let off the gas, so i went with a glasspack. it gave me almost the same noise without the loud pop's.
now i'm just debating wheather to get tires or exhuast. the local muffler shop told me theyd give me dual flowmaster 40's with chrome tips coming out the back at an angle, for only $325 and that includes installation, but tires would make my truck look and ride better.....
