Can't get fuel injectors out
Hey gang, hoping someone might have a good suggestion on pulling the fuel injectors out of the intake manifold. I'm in the process of replacing my upper intake and fuel manifold gaskets on my '97 4.0 and I want to pull the injectors and replace the o-rings while I'm at it. I have removed the intake plenum and fuel rail.
Anyway, I can't seem to get them out. They twist and spin easy enough in the holes but I'm afraid to pull/yank/pry too hard and break something.
Any tips on getting them out without breaking something?
Thanks for any help.

No luck. It seems like the o-ring has hardened and is stuck to the mating surface in the intake. I can spin the injector, but it acts like it's spinning inside the o-ring and the o-ring is not turning. I've got 150k miles on it and they have never been out.
Is it safe to try some PB Blaster or something that may penetrate the o-ring seal?
Thanks
