get a tuner from bamachips (doug) its awesome, gives you alot of power to the wheels, and removes the rev limiter and ups the speed limiter to 120

hmm u could unplug ur VSS (vehicle speed sensor) located on the transmission.. its a small clip that if unplugged, the rev limiter can not tell how fast you are going so it will not cut out, bad part no speedometer... i had it wired to power it through a toggle switch in my cab for passing people faster instead of having it cut out at 92.. i just turned it off speedo went to 0mph and i floored it and turned it back on, fasted i think i went was 117mph, but it migh tbe off..i dont permit it becuase i had to put a new clutch im my truck so i wouldnt do it unless u can wire it in there somewhere without the dealer knowing so they cant viod warranties.. it was a very expensive lesson..

That may work on a manual tranny, but not on an auto. The computer requires vehicle speed to determine shift points. Plus the newer trucks use the abs sensors too(I think). BTW a rev limiter limits the rpms of the engine, not the speed of the vehicle(thats speed limiter)
