Yeah the E85 thing and a carb ur right on that. And for the record if u go back and look at some questions that i asked and NEVER got an answer for and I quote"What Compression should I use?" and to Takeda, I never said I was an expert, or a legend or anything like that? I did recall saying a few Moments ago that I am a little confused about that. I did ask for some tech help and Takeda responded in this fasion: I think ur Ideas are B.S. Just like ur Tornado!!! I asked numerous times for some ideas, options, and I did say I was confused ealier on. So as far as looking like a fool. better to look one than to sound like one. Keep that in mind Takeda. The more U stir crap the worse it stinks.

Man, takeda is right. You kept saying the same thing over and over and try quoting stuff to prove it, then say your confused. This is engine 101. GIVE IT UP

In my state, try to get an inspection sticker on an S10 with a 350 V8 swap and see what happens.

That isn't because the engine isn't street legal, it's cause of missing components or emmisions issues. Besides that, it sounds like the truck isn't legal, not the engine.

Hey He started it with a rude comment and I was assuming that they were correct. so if I am wrong no big deal.I was just stating what I read. hello.Go to the VERY BEGINNING OF THIS THREAD AND READ FROM THE BEGINNING. SEE HOW MANY TIMES I ASKED THIS QUESTION, AND I'M ASKING IT AGAIN. WHAT COMPRESSION RATIO SHOULD I USE? Do u think I am planning on doing anything to my truck without some "RESEARCH FIRST?" I'll answer this one very quickly with one word. NO. Jesus H Christ!

I was planning on it. But wasn't sure. Like i said i was assuming they were correct and quoting what I had read. But If I seemed like I knew it all, my fault for using the wrong words. My apologies. I really didn't fall for it, i exp'ed with it. It failed miserably. I just never took the time to remove it, to tell u the truth I had forgotton about till just recently. The reason the Tornado is gone, My air intake hose had a huge a$$ hole in it and i replaced it and that is when I remembered it. U said Scat makes that stroker kit I'm looking for? do U have a website? Let's all take a deep breath here and relax a bit.

Here is your 1st thread, and right away you were arguing on how great the Tornado is:

Do U have a website?! Please tell me U do? And to answer ur question a bit earlier, Yes I did try the tornado and it failed. Just never got around to removing it, and to tell the truth I had forgotton about it until recently when I replaced the air intake hose for another. The Scamado is still in that old broken hose in a dumpster somewhere out there. And quite frankly good ridance. And for the record I wasn't the only one either. U guys make it sound like All people who fell for the tornado are idiots. They had a good scam going.
They had major corporations, manufacturers, and others backing them on infomercials. Look how long it's been out, and look at the time frame between that and when everyone discovered it was a scam. The scam has been exposed, but alot of places still carry it to an extent. They should change it to scamado.

The problem with you is you say you know what you are talking about, but you don't. Don't be a ***** to start, and we will be nice. Stop with the crap.

You fell for an advertisment. The rest of us with mechanical knowledge already knew that wouldn't work (tornado) Don't be a DA. Just listen.

I'd agree on the compression statement. This guy has no clue what he is talking about. I'm fine with people not knowing all this stuff. But, don't be a jerk and act like you know and then tell everyone else off. You won't last long here.

Ok kool. keep the cpr stock. Good idea. Swap is on hold. found problem with exhaust this morning. Damn it. And for the record I don't think D. would sell me a damn thing and I assure u the feeling is mutual. He and I don't get along that well. I didn't mean to sound like an expert bcause I aint when it comes to compression ratios, I am in a word green as a gord. The scamado thing was entertaining now that I look back on it. That is what it should be called period, a scam. And yeah people are dumb, I saw 2 guys buy one at autozone this morning. I just shook my head and went outside to smoke and laugh. I can't believe I actually bought that junk almost 4 years ago now. shame on me(L.O.L).

When I took that scamado junk out of my truck. I could almost hear it say thank you. and It bcame "alive". New exhaust going on monday at 11:am. I'm going with a single in/out Flowmaster American Thunder 40 series with a 2.00 inch pipe instead of 3.00 inch. My friend who is an exhaust expert/guru and installs custom exhaust systems every day gave me a few tips this morning. The first is that my muffler is a good one,but it is too big for my truck. It belongs on a full size instead. secondly he ran a wooden dowl inside the muffler and noticed that it has already burned out sooner than it should have. So basicly it is just a shell now instead of a muffler. he said I have strong valves because usually without back pressure on fuel injected engines it usually "cooks them". He also said that duels usually sound better but for ur truck it wouldn't b a good idead bcause of the engine size is too small for that.
