I guess it started about 3 months ago around 2100 rpm the engine makes a weird chatter/knockingish sound while I am accelerating. When I changed the oil it stopped for about 10 miles then came right back. So the next time I changed it I went to 10w40 oil same thing went away for about 10 miles then came back. My only guess is possibly lifters or maybe something anyone ever heard of such

same thing was happening to me before my timing belt let go in the middle of rush hour trying to get to hampton. and if the timing belt goes the engine is toast bc its an interference engine.
