Wierd noise coming from driver side front wheel well

alright so ive noticed lately that when ive been driving a noise is coming from the front driver side wheel well. its kind if lilke a very light grinding noise when it happens. heres the thing, i only hear it when the steering wheel is straight or to the right. never when its turned to the left. it only happens when im either cruising or accelerating. as soon as i hit the breaks it stops making the noise. not sure what could be causing this, anyone have an idea? oh ya incase you didnt know already i gots them t-bars cranked, and 66000 miles on truck, never replaced anything on suspension, replaced breaks about 30000 miles ago and new shocks around that same time.

it wouldnt hurt to check the brake pads, maybe run some grease on the end tabs and the back of the pads?

Your LH brake pad is touching the rotor. Since it goes away when you turn left, I'd say it's the outer pad.
