This only on first startup in the morning? And it makes NO difference hot or cold? How about off idle?

How does it run after it is started besides being shakey? Sounds like a fuel issue.

I'd consider a new maf before much else. Cleaning the MAF doesn't make a bad one good again. It makes a good. dirty one, a little better.

Just my 2cents.

Cleaning the MAF is a cheap thing to do and a good thing no matter what..

Here is what I'd do:
Make sure the fuel pressure is adequate.
Turn the key on and let it sit for 5 seconds. Turn the ignition off.. back on and let it sit for 5 seconds. Then start the motor.

This will make the fuel pump run and pressure up the system.

Now if this "fixes" the situation.. I'd first and foremost replace the fuel filter.
If it still doesn't start right.. then investigate why the fuel system is bleeding off pressure. Might be a bad check valve and/or regualtor. (I'm not sure where the check valve is on yours)
