Not that I know of. I know James Duff sells mounts, but I think they are for older Rangers, 97 and down.

Probably have to just make them custom.

The conversion parts from Advance and Duff are designed for 97 and earlier Rangers.

Engine plates and engine mounts from a 5.0 Explorer will bolt into a 98+ Ranger IF it is a 4x4 or other Ranger with torsion bar front suspension.

98+ 2WD models that have front coil suspension will need custom mounts. Nobody makes them commercially but you can get plans from BrianB31, either here or on RPS.

Yes, 5.0 Explorer mounts and plates will bolt in if the 99 Ranger is 4x4.
No, they will not if the 99 Ranger is 2WD. The 4WD and 2WD frames are different.

ok i understand that the frames are different but can i use the motor mounts from the explorer and just make custom brackets then? Also there is a 5.0 in the explorer 2wd so i wonder if it might work also.

Unlike the 99 Ranger, the 5.0 Explorer 2WD and 4WD share the same frame and suspension, so 2WD Ex mounts won't help your problem. Here are a couple of threads discussing the mount problem in a 2WD coil spring frame:

In my 86 I was able to use the stock V6 motor mounts. All I had to do was make a flat plate to bolt to the motor. The drivers side had to be thicker to make it sit level. I just used 1/2 steel and doubled it on the drivers side, but just where it bolt to the motor and set it in. The mounts are just a stud sticking up so all I did was set the motor in where I wanted it then marked the plate and drilled the hole's. I use a duble sump oil pan and had no crealance problems what so ever.

Pre '98 and '98+ Ranger frames are entirely differnt, that is why the swap stuff is not interchangable. With the coil spring '98+ ranger, you can use V6 mounts with the adaptor plates that BrianB31 has designed.

there is more info on what Todd was saying over at RPS. I believe that is where he is selling the mounts from and at a decent price.
