Got mine at radioshack too, it's a 60 watt. Mine is directly behind the grille in front of the radiator. I painted it black so you can't see it hardly. This is an old pic, but you can see the pa speaker on the right side behind the grille. If you get one, mount it here, if you mount it under the hood it will sound muffled and not near as loud as how i have mine mounted.

Ebay. 15 watt for like $15. Mounted it the only place I could find and that's under the hood, passenger side. I used a screw going into the firewall to mount the speaker so it stays nice and secure. It faces forward.
Find out what your CB can put out. Most are like 15watt or so. There is no point if getting a PA capable of more power than the CB can put out.

Do like our hokey former-no-disbanded "marine patrol" did on thier wanna-be police boat (long story). Take one of those little tyco bicycle sirens and wire the speaker of it into a stereo amplifier. Put a big speaker on the bow for the amplifier. Then wrap tape around the momentary button for the siren and put a toggle switch on the dash for turning it on and off. I swear when I saw that, I almost fell off the boat into the water I was laughing so hard.
