Its really according to how much you want to spend. On the cheaper end Pioneer is good, Just stay away from Sony. Or if you want to get into something with a little more Sound Quality then go with Boston Acustics, or Hertz. I have Boston components, and I live by them, They are by far the best speakers I've ever owned.

That cd player is putting out 17 watts RMS so it will push any speaker pretty decent. All the ones mentioned here are good to go with. I replaced all 4 of mine with Kenwood's because they were on sale. They sound good enough for me. I also bought set of cheap QT tweeters to put in my doors. Running them off my pioneer bt9200 with no issues.

I've got 4 of the 3-way pioneers and they are amazing for the price, they hit really hard compared to stock speakers too plus you can crank the music so much louder without distortion

I put Infinity Reference Series speakers in mine last June and love it. I have a Sony Head Unit that doesn't push out near enough power to load the speakers to their max. They arent Focals or Boston's, but they sound amazing. I also have 2 10" Kickers that bring out the sound of the speakers to a perfect listening medium.

Why not go to a good audio shop in your area. Listen to different speakers. See which sound good to you.
That's what I did. Purchased 4 Pioneer 3-ways. Ran them for 5 years and loved them.
Changing over to Infinity now. Liked the way they sounded in the shop. Hopefully they'll sound as good in my truck.

if I went an purchased some aftermarket speakers is there gonna be a real big difference? cause when I did the swap in my old truck, the stockers were blown anyway, so I did notice a cleaner difference.... but, in the 07 these speakers are about a year old, I'm just wandering is it worth it to buy some others???

I put my tweeters here. I have electric windows, so no hand cranks to deal with. They're "flush mounted".
Meaning I sank them into the surface. You can also "surface mount" them. Just lay them on top of the surface.
The square-ish things are called "crossovers." I'm no expert but basically they divide up the
frequencies and send them to different speakers. Low frequencies go to the sub woofers,
mid bass/mid range to the mid speakers and the really high frequencies go to the tweeters.
That's an over simplification, but like I said, I'm not an expert at this stuff.
Perhaps 1 of the guys that are into this stuff can explain it better.
Or you could go to the "Crutchfield" web site. Type in "crossovers" in the search box.
They do a pretty good job of explaining things.

whichever speaker u choose be sure to get a properly sized amp to power them. pushing a headunit will cause it to clip, send dirty power and make for a distorted sound.
i like the new infinity reference line, i installed these in my 88 F-350 with an alpine amp and it was 10x fold over what is in my 93 F-150 (2 MY ago pioneer 3 ways).
cant go wrong with infinity, polk, boston acoustic...
i think the infinity kappas have a harsher tweeter then the reference. it sounds to bright for my ears, just something to note.
