I just need an id ON THIS. It says M on the door post plate.
the # on the trans sticker are F27A
UA
A89205
I think it is a M 50D RL
Can anyone confirm this by these numbers as a M 50?

Yes, trans code "M" = Mazda M50D-R1
Found in:
1988 & Up 4-Cylinder Rangers
1988-1992 2.9L 2WD Rangers
1991-2000 4.0L Ranger
1991 - Up 3.0L Ranger

These have 3 rubber plugs on the topside that crack and leak, low fluid causes trans to melt down.
When doing the clutch it is a good idea to replace these with metal plugs

Try Dorman 555-108

They are smaller expansion plugs, like those used in engine blocks to seal the core holes.
Often mistakenly called "freeze plugs", lol.
