Symptoms of bad axle bearings?
#4
Yup sounds like a wheel bearing or cupped tire. I had a tire on my car that was cupped and swore it was a wheel bearing at first.

If you are positive it's coming from the rear your tires shouldn't have any play. Jack the truck up and grab the wheel at 3 and 9 and then 6 and 12. If the rear wheel moves inwards towards the truck and outwards toward you do not attempt to drive on it.
For the fronts' If you grab the wheel at 3 and 9 then it is most llikely a tie rod if it doesn't move at 6 and 12. If it moves at 6 and 12 and you are a 2wd then it's almost always a wheel bearing. I'm pretty sure I have that right.
