Remove front drive shaft on 1989 Ranger
I'm trying to remove the front drive shaft to gain access to the neutral safety switch on my '89 Ranger. I'm not exactly sure how to remove the drive shaft properly. I've removed the two sets of hex bolts & brackets holding the front universal joint in place. But I can't figure out what to do next. I don't see any bolts at the back of my drive shaft...
Pictures are attached of:
1. the front u-joint brackets removed.
2. the back of my drive shaft.
3. the back of my drive shaft (side view).
3. my neutral safety switch.
Any guidance would be appreciated.
