1991 Vibration, Help Please

1991 Ranger SuperCab XLT 3.0L 2wd auto 204,000 miles
Toyo Open Country 225/70R/14
25,000 miles on two, 15,000 miles on the other 2
Stock Wheels

I know that there are numerous threads on this. I've read them. But a 91' differs greatly in some respects than a 08'.

I had the tires balanced twice yesterday and the vibration is still there. It is evident in all mph but enough to make you not want to drive above 60 mph.

Sometimes it is more noticeable when accelerating.

It happens all the time even when braking so I don't believe it is the brakes. The pads, shoes, rear cylinders, rotors, and calipers have 15,000 miles on them.

It has been going on since about 10,000 miles after I bought the second set of tires.

I know that there are numerous threads on this. I've read them. But a 91' differs greatly in some respects than a 08'.
