Vehicle "jerks" during low acceleation

This is a 2003 Edge 3.0 engine with four wheel drive and auto transmission. I was told to replace the grease on the driveshaft yoke with teflon grease. I did that and the problem disappeared. If you have this "jerking " sensation do as I did and you will be good to go!

So how did you replace the grease? Pump into shaft until old grease is replaced?
